I’m so grateful that I get to do what I love every day. 🥰
I am rich with varied experiences, creativity, & autonomy, a life constructed to allow for ebbs & flows. As an artist, HSP, & empath to the max, having a good amount of time freedom & flexibility is crucial for my mental & emotional health.
🌊 The more I learn about Flow, the more I realize how intuitively I have been ‘chasing the flow state’ since I was a small child. 🎢 Spending a lot of time in Flow has been a great respite from some really traumatic times & allowed me to be more at peace with life’s Ebbs. It has provided me with myriad ways to regulate my nervous system & make sense of my world, before I fully realized that’s what I was doing, before I knew what the Flow state was.
Who would’ve known that one day I would be helping others follow their passion, & cultivate a flow lifestyle?
One of the sentences I get most excited to hear is, “I quit my job!” There are a few of you out there who are fortunate to have a J-O-B that you love, but so many folks are just really going through the motions. (And of course, I acknowledge there are those of you who have recently been involuntarily relieved of your jobs which maybe you would rather have not lost. I hope you’re finding the silver linings…)
I love sharing in that exhilarating feeling of breaking free & jumping off the cliff & being courageous in finding what’s next on the path.
I love helping people approach the concept of ‘livelihood’ with curiosity, finding where passion & purpose intersect with service to humanity & a sustainable liberation lifestyle.
A typical session with me:
🔑 (opening) meditation
🔑 (coaching) check-in, goal setting, exploration, excavation, & interpretation, via dialogue & expressive arts
🔑 (energy work) Reiki Recalibration - clearing & balancing, closing chat, homework / integration / action items
Aside from big career moves, I also do a lot of work with people uprooting trauma, family patterns, unhealthy conditioning, relationship challenges; learning strategies for living with anxiety, panic, stress, depression, & (C)PTSD; inner child & shadow work; & even physical health issues.
