FREE / BY DONATION IN DECEMBER. Join us as we kiss 2025 goodbye - Wednesdays at noon - Join us for a 45-minute rejuvenating Flow Session. Recalibrate: Wednesday Alchemize & Flow is designed to help you surf through mid-week with playfulness and connectivity. Rooted in somatics & expressive arts, each session will be a little different, and may include: yoga, meditation, Pilates, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, stretch & strengthen, expressive arts, stress management, somatic experiencing, visualization, and some collective wisdom time. Connect with community, raise your vibration, alchemize any funky energy, and learn to cultivate the Flow State which greatly enhances your personal peace. If there is enough interest for in-person class, this may be converted to a hybrid in-person/online class. Let us know! FOR THE MONTH OF DECEMBER, this gathering will be FREE / DONATION-BASED, in the exploration of founding a Recalibrate Community, so if this takes hold, the idea is that in January, you will be invited to join at the founding member rate for a monthly / annual fee, or pay drop-in fees to attend individual gatherings. The idea for Recalibrate & Flow is to offer consistency in the chaos - regular weekly anchor points for recalibration, grounding, familiarity, flow, solidarity, compassion, and collective wisdom. Continuing to find the way forward, together. (These will continue to be NOTAFLOF offerings - No One Turned Away For Lack Of Funds.) Your participation is valuable in helping clarify what people really need right now. There's a lot going on! For those of us who are empaths / HSPs / neurospicy, esp., we need help! We need each other. EVEN CHAOS CAN BE EASEFUL IF YOU LEARN TO SURF THE WAVES.
