If you're booking this session, you've likely worked with me before and are somewhat familiar with my format & the way I dovetail various modalities based on intuition & your desires. (If not, look around my site, and feel free to ask questions!) An hour and a half session might include opening meditation with distance Reiki, transformational coaching dialogue, closing exchange with homework. Some sessions incorporate expressive arts such as drawing and writing, and occasionally, some movement (see the about section). The session is tailored to your needs & desires. No two sessions are exactly the same although they generally follow a formula. You can request for the session to be centered on whatever you wish. Otherwise, Intuition guides the journey for your Highest Good, and I work with the organic mix of modalities that feels needed. My aim is to look at the big picture of your well-being, draw connections between various presenting issues, and facilitate Deep Restoration & Transformation for your entire being, bringing balance to all aspects of your Self.
