Join me for a Recalibrate & Flow session! Tuesday Night Spring Soundbath Series at Station 3510 in Mount Rainier. Tuesdays - 7-8:15ish. (If folks want to brings snack to share, or just hang and chat for a bit aftwerwards, that's welcome.) *If you're new - PLEASE read the whole description so you're prepared and know what to expect. PREPARE 💜 Please arrive at 7. Text me if there are any last-minute issues. The first ten minutes is for arrivals and settling in. Once we begin the meditation at 7:15, doors will be locked. Bring in the Spring energy. Sink into a state of deep relaxation and de-stress. Drop in, slow down, reflect, and download. The power of creativity for soul alchemy and initiating transformation can't be stated enough. For those who aren't local or who'd like to join from home, I'm willing to 'pipe you in' for a hybrid version, there's a Zoom option in registration. Prepare a cozy, private space to lay down (on a yoga mat?), listen, meditate, draw, write, & share. AGENDA: 7-7:10 - Arrivals, settle in. 7:10-7:15 - Intro talk 7:15-8:00 - Guided meditation with soundbath, live music soundscape, & Reiki transmission + visualization, ancestor work, visual journaling, downloads, intention setting. 8-8:15 - Share your experience along with your revelations, insights, distillations, and affirmations. Bring a yoga mat or something to lay on, light blanket, small pillow(s), your journal + writing/art supplies, if you wish.
