Join us in celebration of the Turning of the Wheel & help me kick off my Spring Tuesday night soundbath series! This is IN PERSON at Station 3510 in Mount Rainier. *Please note - Tues. the 24th - the time is extended til 9 for this special Spring Equinox event. The remainder of the Tuesdays will be 7-8:15 pm. Join me for a Recalibrate & Flow session! Bring in the Spring energy. Map out your energy and manifestation path for the coming year. The power of creativity for soul alchemy and initiating transformation can't be stated enough. For those who aren't local or who'd like to join from home, I'm willing to 'pipe you in' for a hybrid version if you'd like, let me know. AGENDA: 7-7:30 - Snacks & chatting, settle in. Feel free to bring something to share if you'd like! No pressure. 7:30-8:30 - Circle up with some astrotalk & suggestions for reflection during your journey; guided meditation with soundbath & Reiki transmission; visualization, ancestor work, visual journaling; collage, draw, paint an energetic 'map' for your soul to follow over the next 4 seasons. 8:30-9 - Share what you created along with your revelations, insights, distillations, and affirmations for this next year PREPARE 💜 - Please arrive at 7. Text me if there are any last-minute issues. The first half hour is for arrivals, a little snacking, social time, and settling in. Once we begin the circle at 7:30, it is disruptive to the container to have latecomers arriving. Bring a yoga mat or something to lay on, light blanket, small pillow(s), your journal + writing/art supplies, any small items for a personal altar if you wish. Materials will be on hand for those who don't have them, and I'll be providing some collage / art supplies but feel free to bring your own. Joining from home: See the above.
