You have all the answers you need inside you (almost always)! Artis will guide you through a signature Flow process of centering, grounding, somatic experiencing, and expressive arts (drawing / writing), to help you get to the heart of a matter and get clear, quickly. This is a tool that's easy to learn and you can use it for yourself with almost any issue that arises. It's a great way to get unstuck, uncover new information, and shift perspective quite efficiently! 15 minutes gives you a taste of my work, and is great support in a conference setting such as this. However, I'm a deep diver, and typical client sessions are 2 hours, so if you like your session today, consider booking a longer one, or a package, in the near future! I work with folks in person or virtually, so location is not a deterrent. No matter what, take care of you! You deserve a life that is BOLD, FEARLESS, & FREE!
Cancellation Policy
Your payment is non-refundable, but it may be transferable to future sessions or workshops, if you cancel with at least 24 hours notice. If you cancel in less than 24 hours from the appointment, I may allow 50% credit to be applied to a future session, on a case by case basis. Please read my full policy on my Policies page.
