This is about holding space for folks to flex Vulnerability As A Superpower, see and be seen, hear and be heard, feel and be felt, honor and be honored. Guided meditation, energy work, creative exploration, & soulful sharing, check-in from the week. Masks off, no spiritual bypassing, show up as you are, raw, messy, or regal, whatever your mood! Each week follows a theme aligned with the current astrology, lunar cycles, seasonal shifts, & the collective moment we’re in, so there will be an invitation to tune in & reflect on how those energies have been playing out in your week & set the tone for your weekend recalibration. Connect with community, raise your vibration, and learn to cultivate the Flow State which greatly enhances your personal peace.
