Join us as we ease into 2026 - This Monday Meditation practice is designed to help you set the tone for the week with intentionality, inspiration, grounding, curiosity, passion, & and purpose. Grounded in astro-mentation (I made that up! lol) - mind work based on collective energies and current astrology, woven into our meditation practice. Work with nervous system regulation & visualizations to anchor in a state of calm, focus, and intentionality for the week ahead. We close with a brief check-in & commitment to carry this mindful energy into our days. Develop and enhance your self-management skills, self-awareness, mental clarity, focus, emotional balance, and overall well-being.
