Sound Healing Journey with Artis Moon

After the hustle & bustle energy of November & December, treat yourself to some intentional down time.

Experience the soul-soothing vibrations of an intuitively improvised soundscape with Artis Moon, using live instrumentation & sound healing tools to clear the energy field and gently guide you on a journey home to your Self. 

Lay down, allow yourself some time to relax, BE, surrender to the journey. Release anything that's not serving you in your life, & plant seeds of transformation in the fertile field of your consciousness.

You are guided to recline in savasana, slow everything down, and surrender to the moment. You will be guided through restorative breathwork which tones the Vagus nerve & facilitates slowing the brainwaves down to the Theta state; reflection; journaling; & integration.

When the journey is over, we close with brief time in seated meditation. 

Then participants are invited to share their experiences and ask any questions they may have. Sharing is optional, but this special opportunity to share a vulnerable moment in a safe space with strangers is one of the golden nuggets of this experience that seems to be universally appreciated by participants in the spaces I hold.

This sharing time also lets you fully ground back into your body and process your experience before you walk out the door. 

Event Schedule -

• 2:30 - Door opens 
• 2:45 - Welcome / introductions
• 3 - Doors are locked, sound bath meditation begins + journaling + integration
• 4 - Sharing
• 430 - Gratitude / ending

Please bring -

• Yoga mat or something to lay on
• Clothing layers and a light blanket
• Cushion for sitting & under knees when laying down
• Journal if you have one (paper & colored pencils will be provided)
• Something to drink

(Mats &/or blankets can be rented for an additional fee - see ticket options. If you are requesting this, please let me know which.)

Please do not drink any alcohol or eat a heavy meal before this event.

FYI - ESL Shaw - the reimagined Eighteenth Street Lounge - is a beautiful space, & the cleaning team is on point, so even though it's a bar / music venue by night, don't worry, the floors are super clean! It has a great vibe. Please help build a community here, bring a friend!
