Join Artis Moon for a special Winter Solstice Journey at Eaton Wellness with an extended soundbath, guided meditation, reflection time, intention setting, drawing, journaling, gentle movement, and community.

You must register through Eaton's Eventbrite here. RSVPs here do not count as reservations for this event, they are just a way to let me know you're coming, if you wish, since I do not see the Eventbrite guest list ahead of time.

Take some time to review the past year. This is a Turning of the Wheel. Embrace the quieter, inward-turning energies of Winter, the cold, dark nights. Reflect on the shifts and changes, challenges and successes of the past year. Release what’s no longer serving you in your life, the habits, beliefs, and conditioning that are holding you back, and plant seeds of transformation in the fertile field of your consciousness. Uplift yourself into this season of hibernation & transformation.

Experience the soul-soothing vibrations of an intuitively improvised soundscape of live instrumentation and sound healing tools, clearing the energy field and gently guiding you on a journey home to your Self.

Please arrive no later than 7; doors will be locked at 7:15. 

We begin with arrival time, an introductory exchange at 7:05, and the journey begins by 7:15. After some brief opening meditation, we ease in with some self-inquiry, drawing, and writing, for clarity as you journey further. Set an Intention for the next season, or the next year - an affirmative statement that keeps you oriented on the path ahead of you. Tune into the physical embodiment of that intention with some somatic awareness and gentle movement, so you feel it in your breath and your bones. You are eventually guided to recline in savasana, sink into total stillness, let yourself journey further and rest, integrating your revelations.

When the journey is over, we close with brief integration time in seated meditation. Then participants are invited to share their experiences and ask any questions they may have. Sharing is optional, but this time also lets you fully ground back into your body, connect with others, and process your experience before you walk out the door.

Bring a journal and drawing / writing supplies if you wish. Materials will also be provided for you.
