About the event
Bring: pillows or cushions for sitting and lying down, a light blanket, your journal, and water.
Mats will be provided, although you're welcome to bring your own if you wish to layer them.
Refreshments will be served. Please let me know if you'd like to bring a snack or beverage to share with the group.
Payment will be gratefully received at the end of the event.
Sliding scale, suggested amount $40-60.
