Restorative Yin Yoga with Pari Darnell

Pari teaches us, in this slow flow yin restorative yoga class, that a heart-centered life is a fulfilling life. She explains the four fundamental practices to cultivate in our lives, how to live in gratefulness with a sense of appreciation, and the importance of compassion. She reminds us of the need for radical trust and surrender; that the unknown is our ally and not to be feared. Ultimately, she shows us how to enliven that place of wisdom within us all, so that we may navigate our journey through this life in an elegant manner.

Please bring a yoga mat & something to drink, and please do not eat a heavy meal or drink alcohol before this class.
