Recalibrate: an Autumn Soundbath Journey invites you to welcome in the glow of autumn & sit with where you are in this moment of your life. Reflect back on Spring & Summer, and look ahead to the Fall & Winter. Listen to where your heart is calling you to venture next on your path. Surrender to your own healing process, acknowledge and honor the unique path of your life, release what's not working for you, and prepare the ground for the path ahead of you.

Ease in with a talk setting the theme for our journey. Lay down, allow yourself some time to relax, be with yourself, soak in the good vibes, and release anything that's not serving you in your life. Experience the soul-soothing vibrations of an intuitively improvised soundscape of live instrumentation, clearing the energy field and gently guiding you on a journey home to your Self.

You'll lay down for part of the soundbath, & then you will be invited to 'download' onto paper with drawing &/or writing, as you wish. Integrate with a closing seated meditation & then share your experiences.

Drawing & writing materials will be provided, although you are welcome to bring your own.

PLEASE BRING: 

• Yoga mat/something to lay on, 
• cushion for under the knees,
• light cover,
• journal if you have one + writing/drawing tools,
• any small personal altar items you'd like to bring,
• something to drink.

Please do not eat a heavy meal or drink alcohol before this experience.
