and plant seeds for where you’re headed.

Reprogram your DNA. Allow the sound bath to encode your revelations into all levels of your being.

You can choose to remain still for the duration of the meditation, or mid-way, quietly journal/draw to 'download', if you wish.

Sound is potent medicine for the biofield. People usually feel a deep sense of calm & restoration, relief from physical aches & pains, sleep better, find focus with ease, a new sense of clarity... Some even report breakthroughs with issues that they have been working through. Your aura & energetic field are cleansed and charged, and you emerge feeling refreshed and inspired.
