Journey Into the Golden Heart with Artis Moon

This is a beautiful time to kick off our Wellness programming at the rebirthed Eighteenth Street Lounge, welcoming in the energies of  Autumn. Time to recalibrate your soul. 

Journey Into the Golden Heart invites you to welcome in the glow of autumn & set the course of your life for the next six months. Reflect back on Spring & Summer, and look ahead to the Fall & Winter. Listen to where your heart is calling you to venture next on your path.

Ease in with a talk setting the theme for our journey. Lay down, allow yourself some time to relax, be with yourself, soak in the good vibes, and release anything that's not serving you in your life. Experience the soul-soothing vibrations of an intuitively improvised soundscape of live instrumentation including gong, flute, singing bowls & more, clearing the energy field and gently guiding you on a journey home to your Self.

You'll lay down for part of the soundbath, & then you will be invited to 'download' onto paper with drawing, painting, and writing, as you wish. Integrate with a closing seated meditation & then share your experiences.

Drawing, writing, & painting materials will be provided, although you are welcome to bring your own.

PLEASE BRING: 

• Yoga mat/something to lay on, 
• cushion for under the knees,
• light cover,
• journal if you have one,
• any small personal altar items you'd like to bring,
• something to drink.

Please do not eat a heavy meal or drink alcohol before this experience.
