About the event
A new date for this workshop will be scheduled soon. I had to cancel the 18th due to illness.
As we head into the holiday season, many people find themselves feeling a mixture of emotions, and this time of year seems to bring up a fair amount of grief for folks, and they usually are not quite sure what to do with it.
Grief is inconvenient. Often major events happen in our lives that don't receive the time and honor, the Pause, that is deserved. Busy life in the 21st Century is rolling along, and it doesn't stop for tragedy, we usually have to just keep going... and stuff the pain and sorrow down. This applies to personal tragedies as well as national, global, & systemic tragedies.
The Grief festers, it aches like a load of stones you carry in your belly, it bubbles to the surface at unexpected and sometimes inconvenient times.
Rarely, in our society, are we afforded the sacred space to mourn and grieve properly, so we can perhaps reach some resolve, feel sorrow for What or Who we've lost, and release it, with love.
In this special workshop, I am here to provide that sacred space for you - to feel all the feels, process your loss, Honor Your Grief, and lay to rest that loss, surrender to that which you cannot control - so that perhaps going forward the burden is lightened or lifted.
Is there a person, or a situation, that you find yourself grieving? Something that has been weighing you down? Take some private time for yourself to be held in this sacred space and feel all the feels. So you can let go. Â Cry it out if you need to. Download onto paper. Or process quietly. Whatever it is you need. I'm here for you.
I will lovingly guide you through this process with meditation, sound healing, writing, drawing, a ceremonial release, and Reiki transmission. There will also be an opportunity for (optional sharing) at the end.
This work transcends religious orientation, & as always, is open to people of all ethnicities, religions, races, genders, and sexual orientation - anyone who comes with an open heart.
PLEASE BRING:
- Yoga mat/something to lay on,
