Indulge in the fun, loving, creative energy of the Full Moon in Leo with a flow of Yoga, Meditation, Drawing, Writing, Watercolors, & Sound Healing.
Our special guest, Be Dismond Sweet, Master
Yoga and Meditation Guide, will guide you through a grounding, stretchy, nourishing practice all about self-love, self-acceptance and personal expansion.
Slightly rhythmic with gentle Vinyasa appropriate for all levels.
Then sink into the luscious soundscapes provided by Artis Moon while you explore with somatic awareness, words, drawing, & watercolors; finally settling into a deeply restorative sound healing meditation & integration time. We close with our sharing circle.
