Your instructor, Artis Moon, is a Reiki Master Teacher, & this workshop can be taken as a standalone offering, or as a teaser if you are curious about working with Reiki, which is a traditional Japanese  method for healing. 

A Reiki practitioner receives a special initiation (there are three levels of Attunements) which allows them to safely & responsibly be a more powerful conduit for Ki / Qi / Chi, or life force energy. 

Reiki is made of two Japanese words - "Rei" meaning soul, spirit, or Universal life force, and "Ki" which is life force energy.  So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."
