This is about holding space for folks to flex Vulnerability As A Superpower, see and be seen, hear and be heard, feel and be felt, honor and be honored. 1st & 3rd Sundays at 10 am ET; 2nd & 4th at 6 pm; 5th Sunday generally off. Guided meditation, energy work, & soulful sharing, check-in from the week. Masks off, no spiritual bypassing, show up as you are, raw, messy, or regal, whatever your mood! Each week follows a theme aligned with lunar cycles, seasonal shifts, & the collective moment we’re in, so we'll be touching on that. FOR THE MONTH OF DECEMBER, this gathering will be FREE / DONATION-BASED, in the exploration of seeding a Recalibrate Community, so if this takes hold, the idea is that in January, you will be invited to join at the founding member rate for a monthly / annual fee, or pay drop-in fees to attend individual gatherings. (These will continue to be NOTAFLOF offerings - No One Turned Away For Lack Of Funds.) Your participation is valuable in helping clarify what people really need right now. There's a lot going on! For those of us who are empaths / HSPs / neurospicy, esp., we need help! We need each other. EVEN CHAOS CAN BE EASEFUL IF YOU SURF THE WAVES. The idea is to offer consistency in the chaos - regular weekly anchor points for recalibration, grounding, familiarity, flow, solidarity, compassion, and collective wisdom.
