“Rejoicing in ordinary things is not sentimental or trite. Each time we drop our complaints & allow everyday good fortune to inspire us, we enter the warrior’s world.” - Pema Chodron

True more now than ever. I’m sure what we’re experiencing right now is not quite the 20/20 vision many of us were expecting. What if there was a greater purpose to this shift in perspective? (For the planet - that’s a whole ‘nother post. But for humans - ) Are there ways you are discovering new meaning in life right during this sequester?

It’s a great time to RECALIBRATE - on a soul level. Time to take stock of your tools, methodology, instruments & measurements of success, & allow yourself some time for a deep Reset where needed. Take a breather. Then plant your seeds of transformation.

This is something we need to do periodically, make space for ourselves to go inward & look honestly, without judgement, at where we are on our path… Look at what we’ve been growing through, where we’ve come from, what we’ve learned from our experiences, what is working for us, & what’s not working so well. Release what’s no longer serving us. And then consciously daydream - what’s next?

Allow yourself time to rejoice in ordinary things. Discover, wonder, allow yourself to feel grateful for the basics we so often take for granted.

  • How can you create more joy in your life?

  • What is missing from your spiritual toolbox?

  • What tools or practices do you know you could incorporate into your life to help you find more clarity & fulfillment?

Magic happens in stillness, that's one of many reasons why meditation is such powerful tool. Even in a moving meditation state like yoga or walking in nature, there is a stillness that opens up inside, a space that is created within us. In meditation, we can time travel, or suspend ourselves in that glorious state where time does not exist, just the eternal Now.

What ways are you finding most effective for yourself in recalibrating during this time? Please share.

If you need support, that's what I'm here for. 1:1, in groups, or through my meditations May you be at Peace on your Path.
