Sound Bath Journeys - 7 Sessions

This option is for those who would like to commit to a series of sound bath journeys. If you're local to DC, I can come to you, or I can provide the space. While in-person is ideal, we can also do livestream if preferred. These sessions are similar to my typical 2-hr sessions, except I incorporate a soundbath journey rather than just Reiki for the healing part of the session. In our opening talk, I love to get an idea of what is going on with you in your life at this time, the broad brushstrokes, at first, and then we go deeper into your story each session as needed. I'm here to support you in whatever ways you need, whether that's a life or career change, unraveling family trauma, unearthing the root cause of sabotaging behaviors, marrying your passion, purpose, & livelihood, manifesting any other shift in your life, or just simply being a safe space where you can be quiet, rest, & restore. As we go, each week begins with a brief opening meditation - in which I am sharing practices that you can incorporate into your daily life. Then we go into the talking portion of the session, and what that looks like varies as needed, but I typically organically weave life coaching, CBT, guided self-reflection, drawing, & writing. During the sound bath, you may be guided to reflect & contemplate certain areas of your life, based on what is revealed in our opening talk. Reiki is included as desired and as time permits. If you want to be sure there is time for a good amount of both, you might consider 3-hour sessions. Your own regular mini retreat! Cancellation Policy

Your payment is non-refundable, but it may be transferable to future sessions or workshops, if you cancel with at least 24 hours notice. If you cancel in less than 24 hours from the appointment, I may allow 50% credit to be applied to a future session, on a case by case basis. Please read my full policy on my Policies page.
