While in-person is ideal, we can also do livestream if preferred, which allows you to enjoy this with loved ones who don't live close to you. The single session price shown is for a 1:1, semi-private, or small groups up to 6 people. Each additional person over 6 is typically $25, but rates may vary depending on circumstance. Corporate rates vary & start higher. Inquire about groups over 6. $350 will be minimum deposit to book the date. Your aura & energetic field are cleansed and charged with protection against bad vibes, and you emerge feeling refreshed and inspired. Every sound bath is different. In a typical sound bath with me, you lie down on your back, & then you are guided into a meditative state with deep, slow breath work. Experience & observe what happens as the sounds & vibrations of the various instruments wash over & through you. Sometimes you can literally feel your molecules being rearranged, or feel acutely aware of a 'reboot' afterwards. We start with a check-in, which may incorporate some Life Coaching, CBT, and perhaps Reiki or other modalities, depending on what you're working through. During the sound bath, you will be guided to reflect & contemplate certain areas of your life, based on what is revealed in our opening talk. Sound is potent medicine for the biofield. Explore the inner dimensions of your being as you flow through breath work & a journey of the spirit, guided by an array of instruments chosen for the occasion, which may include wood flute, chimes, crystal or metal bowls, gong, & more. REWIRE YOUR DNA. People usually feel a deep sense of calm & restoration, relief from physical aches & pains, sleep better, find focus with ease, a new sense of clarity... Some even report breakthroughs with issues that they have been working through. We finish with a closing check-in and homework. Cancellation Policy

Your payment is non-refundable, but it may be transferable to future sessions or workshops, if you cancel with at least 24 hours notice. If you cancel in less than 24 hours from the appointment, I may allow 50% credit to be applied to a future session, on a case by case basis. Please read my full policy on my Policies page.
