If you are working through some major life issues, initiating a big shift in your life, looking to heal trauma, &/or looking to truly integrate new habits into your life, this is not quick and easy work. Consistency is important. If you were going to a traditional therapist to work through similar things, typically you would expect to see them weekly for at least one year. Because of the nature of my holistic approach and the complimentary modalities that I incorporate, many people experience breakthroughs and shift that they never have with traditional therapy. Yet still, this is a *process* and requires patience and loving kindness with yourself. It takes time. And there is always more work to be done. Healing & personal evolution is a journey, not a destination. This package includes 42 sessions total at a 15% discount over 1 year for $12,495 - an annual savings of $2,200. During this time, you also receive complimentary admission to all Moon Circles ($720 value). We will meet almost every week for two hours per session. I have left out 10 weeks for holidays, vacation, or other reasons a week off might be needed. Plan ahead and prioritize your self-care, self-exploration, & self-empowerment. This two-hour Journey Inward typically includes guided meditation, life coaching, and Reiki, with other complimentary modalities (for example, journaling, drawing, and soundscapes) woven in.... I am open to exploring as you wish, the session is customized to your needs & desires. You are typically given 'homework' at the end of the session. In this year-long soul adventure, we will take an in-depth look at your life story, and you will work to write a new life story for yourself. This is not a top-down model of care but instead an engaging and collaborative experience. I share tools that you can use in your life on a daily basis to help you empower yourself on your path, be at peace in the present moment, and stay centered on your Path as you intentionally Evolve. Cancellation Policy

Your payment is non-refundable, but it may be transferable to future sessions or workshops, if you cancel with at least 24 hours notice. If you cancel in less than 24 hours from the appointment, I may allow 50% credit to be applied to a future session, on a case by case basis. Please read my full policy on my Policies page.
