Intro Session - 2 hours

If you are curious about my work, but not sure if you're ready to dive in, the best way to get a feel for me and what I do is to book an Intro session, which is discounted here from my regular hourly rate. Your first session with me will usually go like this: I explain how I generally work, dovetailing together different modalities, & talk about what Reiki is. You are guided in an opening meditation to ground & center. The session begins with an exchange. What are you looking for, why have you come? I will ask you to paint the broad brush strokes of your life, give me the big picture - where you are at in your life right now, significant events in your past, challenges & successes, & what your goals are. We usually talk for about the first half of the session. Here is where I organically incorporate Transformational Life Coaching & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Then you lay down, fully clothed, on a massage table under a blanket, or occasionally, I'll have you sit or stand. Enjoy the restorative experience of Reiki, and then we close, and I give you some homework, even if I may never see you again. The majority of my private clients book 2- or 3-hour sessions with me. Longer sessions give us an opportunity to really dive in and explore a bit more in-depth. If you're ready to Jump In for a personal mini retreat, go ahead & book a 3-hr session! Cancellation Policy

Your payment is non-refundable, but it may be transferable to future sessions or workshops, if you cancel with at least 24 hours notice. If you cancel in less than 24 hours from the appointment, I may allow 50% credit to be applied to a future session, on a case by case basis. Please read my full policy on my Policies page.
