Explore your experience with these practices, with curiosity. Document & download via drawing & writing. If you are committed to the full 21 days, you may want to get a journal dedicated specifically to this journey.

DAY 1: Creating a Foundation

 

Setting Intentions for the Journey Ahead

 

Reflect on what you want to cultivate over the next 21 days, and write down your responses.

  • What areas of your life do you want to nurture?

  • What do you hope to learn about yourself during this journey?

  • What new habits do you hope to integrate during this time?

Meditation: Grounding and Opening the Heart Space

“I am open to love and compassion for myself and others.”

DAY 2: Embracing Change

 

Accepting the Inevitability of Change

 

Think about a time in your life when change led to something positive.

Reflect on how that experience, while initially unsettling, ultimately brought you growth and new beginnings.

Take a moment to consider the changes in your life that you may be resisting.

  • What emotions come up for you when you think about these changes?

Meditation: Letting Go of Resistance and Welcoming New Beginnings

Day 3: Reflecting on Motivation

 

Understanding What Drives Us

 

Ask yourself:

  • What activities make me lose track of time?

  • What values resonate most with me?

  • What brings me joy and fulfillment?

Take a moment to consider your current motivations.
Are they aligned with your intrinsic desires, or do they stem from external influences?

 

Meditation: Connecting with Intrinsic Motivation and Passions

Reflect on moments in your life when you felt truly alive and engaged.

  • What were you doing?

  • Who were you with?


As you visualize these moments, notice the feelings associated with them - joy, excitement, fulfillment - and notice where you feel it in your body.

Allow these memories to surface and journal about it.

As you walk the path illuminated by your golden heart, trust that you are on the right track.

Affirm:
“I am connected to my intrinsic motivation and passions.”

Theme:  Evaluating how we spend our energy.
Meditation:  Visualizing energy flow and identifying energy leaks.

Day 5: Nourishing the Self
Theme:  Prioritizing self-care and nourishment.
